When you set up a dynamic content item, you'll choose the default language and input the text for that content. After that, you can create variants for each of the languages you support. So you must ensure that first you have enabled the languiage within your Support Interface.
You can do this by accessing the Admin Centre > Account > Localization > select Additional Languages > Choose your desired languages > select Save.
